Rétrospective gros ballon, encore…

 Côté tricot de grossesse, voilà enfin autre chose qu’un boléro: en voyant cette tunique Phildar du numéro Twenty 2006, 458 avec pli originellement esthétique,

je l’ai très vite réassigné en pli d’aisance d’utilité maternelle. Le modèle est réalisé tel quel, j’ai juste fait un cordon pour le pourtour du corps.  

C’est un de mes rares projets qui utilise le patron et la laine d’origine. Je trouve ce fil bien chaud et doux, j’aime aussi la contruction originale des épaules et du col:

Il m’allait à merveille pendant la grossesse, reste à voir si ma silhouette post-maternité lui rendra ses lettres de noblesse???

 

Another pregnancy knitwear

Here is eventually something else than a mini sweater that I made last year when I was pregnant. When I saw that long sweater in Phildar issue « Twenty » 2006, nr 458 I immediately thought  that the fold at the front would be great for a big belly.

I also like the special construction of shoulder/collar. It’s one of the rare project I knitted just as the pattern is and using the same yarn as the original (Horizon from Phildar): it’s soft and warn.

It looked great on me when I was pregnant, but let’s see how it will fit my post-maternity silhouette??!
